Sig Sauer’s board of directors is comprised of a diverse group with several New Hampshire ties. According to, one of Sig Sauer’s Vice Presidents and General Counsel, Steven Shawver, joined Sig Sauer from Insight Technology where he also served as general counsel. But before Insight, Shawver was a business manager at Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems, where he developed new business initiatives and was also the one responsible for the profit and loss for a significant avionics program. He is also a member of the N.H. Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Before becoming the Chief of Human Resources and Vice President for Sig Sauer, Nancy Tripoli had 18 years of experience in human resources and manufacturing defense industries from her experience gained as the director of human resources at Textron Defense Systems of Mass. According to, she completed her undergraduate studies in communications from the University of Kentucky and from the University of New Hampshire, in Durham. For her graduate studies in business administration and organizational leadership, she attended Southern New Hampshire University.

Another New Hampshire local, Tim Scullin, who is the chief financial officer for Sig Sauer, was the former CFO of Troy Mills, Inc., of Troy, N.H., stated. Scullin also owned his own consulting firm where he developed and implemented operational strategies for start-ups, rapid growth and turnaround situations.

The most recent addition to Sig Sauer’s board of directors is the Vice President of Operations, Ron Goslin.

According to, prior to joining Sig in 2009, he had spent the last 10 years at a large multi-site OEM manufacturer of printing equipment where he was the head of the quality assurance department. Goslin has also previously founded and ran his own firm specializing in engineering design and building for the aerospace, defense and firearms industries.
