What was the best thing you did this summer while you were on break? Did you end up just working or did you get to go out and explore? Students at Keene State had many different things going on and got to try new things in their months off.
Some responses included going to concerts, hanging out with friends and even traveling to different parts of the world.
KSC student Amaya Spadola said the best thing she did this summer was, “Going to a Kid Cudi concert and spending the day doing that.”
Some students around campus got to travel to different areas, like KSC first-year Kay Cagnon who said they went to Cape Cod. Some even went further away for travel, like KSC student Lorenna Oliveira de Freitas who said she went to California, or KSC student Dom Shinella who traveled to Florida. Keene State student Jearano Pisciotta also said they went to Florida, Key West specifically.
Other students said they had pretty normal days that made their summer memorable, like KSC students Morgan Shaw and Bella Bacon, who said they just went to the beach and hung out with their friends. Kelsey Lamay said she enjoyed trying new foods during the summer break.
Whether it was just going to the beach and hanging out or traveling out of the state for the week, students at KSC found ways to make the most of their summer and have as much fun as they could! Now that the Owls are back on campus, let’s hope to keep having fun and making memories!
