  • Small bag of mixed frozen fruit
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small cucumber
  • Handful of kale
  • Coconut water, small bottle

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients together into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth then serve.

Smoothies are always a quick snack and can be taken on the go, so it is perfect for running around during the day. This untraditional smoothie is packed with nutrients to keep up your energy when your schedule gets crazy. Avocado contains lots of fiber, B-vitamins, Vitamin K and Vitamin C. Try this unique smoothie or add some other healthy fruits and veggies to incorporate different flavors!
