Heading into the weekend, students at Keene State can expect high temperatures in the 60s, with a slight chance of rain.

According to The Weather Channel, it will be partly cloudy on Friday, with a high of 62 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and a low of 37 F at night. Wind speeds will be around 5-10 mph during the daytime.

Saturday night will have a 30% chance of rain, with a predicted 53% humidity during the day and 77% at night. There’s an expected high of 61 F during the day, and a low of 39 F at night.

The weather will be a bit cooler heading into Sunday, with a 40% chance of rain. Rain showers are expected during the daytime, with a high of 55 F and a low of 40 F. The humidity reading is predicted to rise from 70% during the day to 89% at night.

On Saturday, there will be 66% cloud cover, according to AccuWeather. The cloud cover is expected to rise to 99% on Sunday, with a possibility of 6-12 mph wind gusts.

Cameron Barker, meteorologist at the National Weather Service, explained what students should expect to see later in the week.

“On average, seasonal temperatures in the low 60s,” Barker said. “Thursday looks like the warmest and driest day. We’re still ironing it out, but it looks like a 20-30% chance of rain on Saturday and Sunday.”
