Keene State’s Men’s and Women’s Swim & Dive teams competed alongside other schools in the 2026 Little East Conference Championship at the Boston Sports Institute in Wellesley, Massachusetts, from Thursday, Feb.12, to Sunday, Feb. 15.
The third day of action saw senior Rory Lee pick up another first-place finish as she led the Owls. Lee placed first in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 11:11.80. This is her second consecutive first-place finish in this event after winning it in her junior year. Sophomores Emily Stokel and Madison Wilson also earned points for the team that day, placing sixth and seventh, respectively, in the 1000 freestyle. Senior Olivia Boulris and junior Rebecca Radonovich placed in the top five during the 400 IM, as well as in the 200 IM in the previous day. Boulris placed fourth (4:59.68) and Radonovich fifth (5:06.89). Sophomore Hannah Reddick and junior Maddy Fitzgerald added championship finishes for the team, Reddick placing sixth (2:06.88) in the 200-meter freestyle while Fitzgerald placed eighth (1:15.91). The women’s team sits in third place as of now with a total of 354 points.
The men’s team saw six top-eight finishes during the day. They were led by senior Leo Lauridsen having two second-place finishes on the weekend, swimming the 400 IM in 4:23.91. First-year Brayden Rodgers placed eighth in the same event. Junior Alec Agosto added a medal for Keene when he placed third (10:48.42) in the 1000-meter freestyle. Junior Cooper Niles placed fourth in the 1-meter dive with a score of 300.00, with first-year Keegan Johnson placing fifth and having a score of 266.95. Sophomore Zack Menz rounded out the day’s championship final finishes with the 100-meter breaststroke, finishing eighth place (1:03.26). The men’s team finished out the day with a fifth-place finish, having a total of 354 points.
