The New Hampshire primary is fast approaching.
On February 9th, voters will have the chance to elect the candidates for the 2016 election that will take place in November.
While every election is important, this is the first time in 8 years where we will be electing a new president to office.
Here in Keene, we have a unique opportunity to be able to really get involved in politics.

With candidate visits and town halls, it is all too easy for us to be able to form our opinions based on their policies and ideas.
Voting will take place on the 9th on Marlboro St. at the Michael E.J. Blastos community room, right by the Police department.
You can register to vote at the polls. To vote in the primary, you have to be registered as either Democrat or Republican, but Independents can choose a party at the poll and then re-register back to Independent after voting.
NextGen Climate will be providing rides to the polls from campus on the day of the primary.
We at the Equinox encourage our readers to get out and vote.
The voice of our generation can and will be heard if we get involved.
