According to a KSC Owl Alert email sent to the Keene State campus community at 12:07 p.m. May 4, the Keene Police Department confirmed that a suspicious individual seen on Winchester St. was not a threat to the public.
“Campus Safety just received word from the Keene Police Department that all subjects in custody have been accounted for in the region,” the email stated.
A man was spotted with a ‘transport belt’ traditionally used for prisoner transports and a single handcuff attached on Winchester St., according to an earlier KSC Owl Alert email sent to the campus community at 11:47 a.m.
The email stated the man had been seen heading toward the Keene State campus.
