Sophomore Cassidy Samuelson playing in a game earlier this semester. The volleyball team traveled to Rhode Island College on Saturday for one of their final games of the season. The team dominated RIC with a final score of 3-0. The scores of these sets were 25-15, 25-22 and 25-21. This win allowed them to move up the LEC rankings on the final day of the regular season. Earlier this week, the team faced off against Elms and Rivier. In the game against Rivier which was played on Tuesday, October 27, the women travelled to Nashua, New Hampshire and the outcome was not as the Owls would have hoped. Rivier swept Keene three sets to zero. The results of the sets were 25-14, 25-14 and 25-19, respectively. In the Elms game, KSC was also looking for a different outcome, with the Bolt having a clean sweep over the Owls. The scores of those sets were 25-18, 25-21 and 25-20, respectively.
