The Keene State College Swim and Dive teams went head-to-head at their Halloween scrimmage this weekend.

The scrimmage involved two teams divided up as red and white. There were a total of twelve events during the scrimmage and swimmers had to complete each event using different strokes or dive techniques.

The first event of the scrimmage was the mixed 200 yard medley relay where swimmers had to swim across the pool twice. The fastest finish time for the first event was 23.70 seconds completed by Jeremy Bartley.

The second event was a mixed 200 yard freestyle and swimmers used different strokes such as the breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly. The fastest time was 2:00.50 and was completed by Quint Kimmel.

The third event was Mixed 50 Yard Freestyle; the fastest time recorded was 24.05 seconds and was completed by Tomas Langland.

The Fourth event was a mixed 200 yard IM and the fastest time was 2:11.94 by Tyler Young.

The fifth event was a mixed 1 meter diving and the best score was 224.65 which was completed by George Colarullo IV.

The sixth event was a mixed 100-yard butterfly and the best time was 1:00.76 which was completed by Tyler Young.

The seventh event was a mixed 100-yard freestyle and the fastest time was 52.69 seconds by Quint Kimmel.

The eighth event was a mixed 100 yard backstroke and the best time was 1:02.87 and was completed by Andrew Daur.

The ninth event was a mixed 500 Yard Freestyle and the best time was 6:04.39 and was completed by Sam Dickinson.

The tenth event was a mixed 3 meter diving and the best score was 97.20 seconds and was completed by George Colarullo IV.

The eleventh event was a mixed 100-yard breaststroke and the best score was 1:10.28 and was completed by Tomas Langland.

The last event of the scrimmage was a mixed 200-yard freestyle relay and the best time was 24.36 seconds by Quint Kimmel.

Members who attended the scrimmage showed their support by cheering on the swimmers as they completed their laps. The scrimmage started at 12 p.m. on Halloween and lasted about an hour all the way through. Swimmers were given a 10-minute break halfway through the scrimmage to use the pool freely or chat with teammates.
