Recreational Sports sponsored the annual Indoor Triathlon Challenge on Friday, March 31. The event was free for all KSC students and employees. Heats were run from 1-5 p.m. and individuals were able to sign up for a specific heat when they registered. The challenge included a 10 minute swim, 20 minute biking (spin cycles) and a 15 run/walk on a treadmill.
