Chocolate. Need I say more?

It is the one thing many people crave and long for while dieting.

Luckily, I found this recipe for fudge that everyone can enjoy without feeling the least bit guilty. Vicky Rehmer, who is the mother of another  Keene State College student, gave me this recipe.

Now, us “clean eaters” won’t have to ask our friends to eat an extra piece of fudge for us.

Finally, we can eat fudge that we have been depriving ourselves from.

It’s so simple you are going to wonder how you neglected to make it before.

Plus, this fudge is vegan, gluten free and paleo-friendly.
