Kelsey Cognetta has been a lead scorer for the Owls in recent games, which has brought the women’s basketball team to playoffs.
Cognetta recently put 20 points in the hoop on Saturday, Feb. 21 in a game aginst UMass Dartmouth.
The junior gaurd is a veteran on the team and last year averaged about 8 points a game. This year she averages close to 12.
Cognetta has started in all 14 conference games.
