The Equinox would like to make the following corrections. Keene Sheriff’s department should be noted as the Cheshire County Sheriff’s department. Mr. Mecklenberg’s arraignment, which he failed to appear to, occurred in April of this year, not December of 2010. Also John Gasaway, the assistant Cheshire County District Attorney filed no such motion to change his class B charges to class A charges. The Equinox apologizes this error.
