After a winning game on Saturday, October 16, Keene State College’s men’s rugby club will be going to the playoffs.

The team is ranked second seed in their conference, and it is not known at this time who they will be playing.

Similarly, men’s ice hockey has also so far found success this season.

Beginning the season with a 4-3 win against University of New Hampshire, the Owls then took on Siena College and won 4-2.

The team also went against the University of Vermont, beating them 7-3.

Then taking on Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, the Owls won again 6-3.

The streak ended on Saturday, October 23 however, due to the Owls losing 6-2 to University of Massachusetts’ club hockey time.

So far, the season has yielded one tie, 4-4 in a rematch against University of Vermont.

The men’s ice hockey team will next take on Sacred Heart in an away game, followed by a home game against Northeastern.
